1. You must first Register. Look for the Register link on the top right of the page.
   Once you have gotten into the Forum, click the Register link.
2. This will bring up a form for you to fill in.
1. Login Email. This is your email address. The Forum System needs this to register you. No one will see your email address, the Forum System will hide it from all users.
2. Password. This will be your password to access the Forum.
3. Confirm Password.
4. Forum Name. This will be the name you are referred to on the Forum.
   You can use your real name or you can enter any name you want to be referred to.
   This will allow you to enter the Forum anonymously if you so wish..
5. The next fields are optional.
6. Click the Register Button
3. The System will send an email to your Login Email address.
   This email will contain a link that you must respond to. After you respond to this link your accout into the Forum will be activated..
4. Once activated, you can then Login to the Forum
5. After logging into the forum, click on the "Emmet County Comprehensive Plan" forum. Here one can view topics and post a reply to an existing Thread Element.
